History & Purpose

ETC (English Teenager Camp) was founded in 1994, and was created to help teenagers from all across Austria and central Europe come together to learn English and make life long friendships.

Why the "English"?

Every year we are blessed to receive a college team from Texas to help us run camp as counselors! Throughout the week everything is done in both English and German. It's a great opportunity for teenagers to practice and learn English all week!

Leadership Team

We are blessed to have a strong team of volunteers composed of mature young adults who want to make an impact in the next generation. Our leaders are typically in their 20s and most of them have attended camp before! Half of our camp leaders come all the way from Texas and we are so blessed!

What can I expect? 

This week of camp is packed full of all things fun like Small groups, Games Competition, Workshops, Quiet Times, Evening Sessions, Worship, Swimming, Day Hike, Shaving Cream Fight, Talent Show, Campfire, Texas Time & even more!
